The Time: 12:30 PM

Class focuses on Hoop Dance fundamentals; learning to move the hoop from the waist, hips, shoulders, arms and legs. In addition to instruction of vertical hooping, beginner jumps, body stalls, tosses and throws, and other off the body moves.


Instruction emphasizes guidance on gaining fluidity and control over one’s hoop and increasing grace poise of body movements.

The Cost: First ones FREE the following classes will be $12 or $10 if you buy a package of 5 classes
